- Any comments made about use or care are offered only as a guide and it's your responsibility to ensure the items you purchase are suitable for their end use and the care you can provide.
- Be aware items on this site can be sold by the meter or part of a meter, by the piece which can be a precut length, or an unevenly shaped remnant, or by the single / multiple item, bag, pack etc.
- Choose carefully, get samples.
There are no refunds on cut lengths of fabrics, trims sold by the meter or delivery charges. - The removal of small sections from corners/ends of fabric lengths or pieces is considered acceptable as part of standard sampling procedures and does not constitute a defect or reason for return.
- All risks of delivery pass to you as soon as the goods leave my premises. I don't accept any liability for loss, non-delivery, damage during transit, delays in delivery, or any subsequent consequences due to loss, damage, or delays. However I will co-operate with any transit company to provide information about your order and address should your order not be delivered. If the transit company accepts a claim on any undelivered or damaged goods, my compensation to you will only be in the form of replacement goods of the same value. Cash compensation is not offered under any circumstances.
