How soon will I get my order?
I process orders as soon as I can, often the same day and I send by both Courier Post and NZ Post. They both say delivery is 1 - 4 days (and rural maybe 2 days later) but please make allowances for seasonal delays - including weather conditions.
And please remember that delivery drivers will often arrive at your gate at different times of the day so please don't panic if your order doesn't always arrive first thing in the morning with your cornflakes.
Will you provide tracking numbers?
Yes if I can find a way to do this within the system, otherwise just ask.

Small Parcel: For samples, lace edging, trimmings, elastic etc, or fabric up to 1 mt
Urban - $6.00
Rural - $11.50
Medium Parcel: For most fabric orders or up to 8 mts net (folded)
Urban - $12.00
Rural - $17.50
Large Parcel: For fabric - go for it - or up to 10 mts net (folded)
Urban - $16.00
Rural - $21.50
NORTH ISLAND Net Orders - Rolled: Any quantity up to 30 mts. Can include other fabric within reason.
Urban - $14.00
Rural - $19.50
SOUTH ISLAND Net Orders - Rolled: Any quantity up to 30 mts. Can include other fabric within reason.
Urban - $18.00
